Paul S. Goodman, Richard M. Cyert Professorship and Professor of Organizational Psychology at Carnegie Mellon's Graduate School of Industrial Administration. Over the past 20 years, his research has focused on new forms of work groups, the impacts of technology on organizations, and organizational change and effectiveness. He started making and editing films at the age of 14. Paul and his wife, Denise, bring Videos About Work and Workers (pdf) to the classroom enabling students to gain a better understanding of the real world around them.

Denise Rousseau, H.J. Heinz II Professor at Carnegie Mellon's Heinz School of Public Policy and the Graduate School of Industrial Administration. Her research focuses on organizational culture and its effects on performance and the changing psychological contracts of employment. Her recent book Psychological Contracts in Organizations: Understanding Written and Unwritten Agreement received the George Terry Award from the Academy of Management for scholarly contribution to the field of management. The videos in this series capture some of the unique features of both psychological contracts and organizational culture.
